UCI non compliant sticker

Sticker is 5x5cm so should fit nicely on any bike tube

Due to the fact that we endorse "no rules just ride" and the so called governing body of cycling dictate what we are supposed to ride even down to sock height I thought we would push back and create a sticker that mimics the one the UCI insists is placed on competition compliant bikes.
